About Leslie Beck

It may not always be obvious what makes an outstanding agent, but it is to Leslie Beck — and she’s one of them. Leslie’s top priority in this reputation-based business is integrity among her clients and peers. Her client commitment, continuous learning, dependability, and accountability have helped her secure a referral-only customer base, and she routinely receives feedback like “You’re the only agent who’s solved my problem!” and “You were my unicorn finder!”

After growing up in Dallas, Leslie attended the University of San Francisco, working full time to support herself while earning a degree in organizational behavior. In 1999, a few years after graduation, she moved to Denver and forged a 20-year career working in medical sales, marketing, and management. Those experiences taught Leslie the skills needed to be a top-producing agent, such as problem-solving, communication, creativity, and attention to detail.

When the changing medical industry prompted her thoughts of a career change, a friend suggested that her “personable nature and trustworthiness” would make her a great real estate agent. Since Leslie’s first real estate experience had been subpar — she had to hold her own open house and find her own buyer due to a lovely but lackluster agent — she decided to give it a shot. After two years of working at a brokerage, Leslie earned her employing broker’s license with her eyes set on owning her own company.

Leslie is willing to go that extra mile every time if it means easing her clients’ stresses and getting the job done right the first time. Partnered with her extensive network of trusted vendors, Leslie manages any task her clients might need. Her sixth sense for her clients’ preferences often enables her to find them the right home — sight unseen. And as someone who’s divorced, downsized, and moved out of state, she also understands the emotional and practical complexities that can accompany such transactions. All in all, she’s the kind of agent people can always rely on.

When Leslie unwinds, she loves hiking, practicing yoga, and traveling. She’s even summited Mount Kilimanjaro! She also enjoys cooking and entertaining, especially with the perfect charcuterie board and sauvignon blanc pairing. A born event planner, Leslie is the events chairperson of the Washington Park East Neighborhood Association, a role she created herself. She also volunteers with A Little Help and contributes her constructive expertise as a mentor for the Rocky Mountain MicroFinance Institute. Leslie’s current learning goal is to become fluent in Spanish, which doesn’t prove too helpful when she talks to her French and American bulldogs.
